Convenient Returns

In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract and return the goods within 14 days of receiving the shipment, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, it is sufficient to notify me by email of your decision to withdraw from the purchase, stating your full name and the title of the item. Upon receipt of the returned goods, a full refund for the returned item will be issued.

Returned goods must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and appropriately packaged. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer and is non-refundable. For this reason, please consider your purchase carefully. The right of withdrawal without giving a reason applies only to consumers residing in Member States of the European Union.
