Handwoven merino wool cowls, woven by hand on a loom using high-quality wool yarn. Soft, warm and unique, they combine everyday functionality with the character of contemporary textile craftsmanship. Each cowl is individually woven and exists as a one-of-a-kind piece. The “Pine Forest” series was woven on the same warp, giving all four cowls a shared structure and composition, while each one has its own combination of colours and accents. The inspiration came from the pine forest seen as layers, textures and muted colours — browns of bark and forest floor, greys, creams and different shades of green. Occasional brighter accents suggest light filtering through the trees. The pattern is created directly on the loom by combining different colours and yarn textures. Each cowl is therefore a different interpretation of the same idea — a small fragment of a forest landscape that can be worn.
